Brian has approximately 20 years software related experience with a majority focus on management, business development, sales and marketing. He recently was a co-founder of InvestmentCafe.com, a collaborative solution for the Private Equity industry. Brian sold his interests in order to pursue the MyOnlineToolbox.com opportunity with other co-founders and angel investors.  MyOnlineToolbox won awards as a 2008 Dell Top 10 Innovator and 2009 Forbes Most Promising Opportunity.

Company History

ServusXchange, LLC. is a U.S. corporation founded in 2005 and based in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Company was founded by Mr. Brian Javeline, Mr. Philip Tonks, and Mr. Michael Carson. ServusXchange, LLC., is a spin-off operation of Accelerated Computer Technologies, Inc. (ACT), a U.S. corporation also based in Florida and founded in 1986.

ACT is a software developer that specializes in server and Internet-based solutions. In 2003, ACT spun its Investment Café operations, an Internet-based solution specializing in private equity, into a separate business entity. ACT began startup operations of ServusXchange in March 2005, similarly to how it successfully formed Investment Café.

Mr. Javeline leveraged his ownership in ACT to provide the infrastructure requirements. Mr. Tonks leveraged his ownership in a remodeling company to begin marketing to a beta testing community. Mr. Carson leveraged his ownership in an inspection company and past consulting practice to assist in application development and marketing to a beta testing community.

ServusXchange is a Business-To-Business-To-Consumer (B-2-B-2-C) information technology developer that provides a business process and work flow collaboration solution using patent-pending technologies and targeting very small to mid-sized contractors in the home repair and remodeling industries. The heart of the product line is MyOnlineToolBox.
